While candidates are raising money at all levels, it is the county party that keeps open an office in Media, maintains voter databases (online interactive AND label/list producing); monitors what goes on in the county government, particularly the elections and registration offices to assure that all votes in this county are counted and all those who wish to register to vote are fully registered.
It costs us almost $50,000 per year to pay the rent, the utility bills, the equipment maintenance and leases, costs associated with maintaining the databases and updating the phone lists; and the supplies needed to print lists and labels for local committees and candidates.
What most people don't know is that we receive NO FINANCIAL AID FROM THE STATE OR NATIONAL PARTIES and few if any state or national candidates.
We need your help now. In past years, we have asked $25 annually to be such a patron and we urge you to contribute more if you can.
