Larry Healy for County Controller in Delaware County Larry has had enough of the Republican dominance in Delaware County. He believes that the Republican Party is abusing its longtime position of power and is ignoring many groups outside of its key constituencies. Larry also knows that the Republican tax cuts for the wealthy have gutted needed funding for Delaware County. Residents are ready for a change. As a former Township Supervisor and Police Commissioner of Chester Township, Larry has the experience necessary to truly change the system. I hope you will join me in supporting Larry in his efforts to turn another county solidly blue.
