County Democratic Nominating Convention

The annual Delaware County Democratic Party Nominating Convention will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at 7:00 PM at Paxon Hollow Country Club in Marple Township. The convention is free and open to all Democrats. All committee members, regular, additional and ex oficio, are entitled to vote to endorse candidates for County Council and Court of Common Pleas. The convention may also consider a county platform and a resolution on troop withdrawal from Iraq.

Congressman Joe Sestak is planning to address the convention and several state judicial candidates will also be in attendance.

The convention will be preceded by a cocktail party at 6:00 PM. Tickets are $25.00 per person. To puchase tickets, send your check to:
