Become a Party Patron Each year the Delaware County Democratic Party makes an appeal to all committee persons and volunteers to support our efforts by becoming a party patron - a donation of $25. To maintain party headquarters, pay basic utility bills and provide voter database-generated labels and lists to committees and candidates, along with printing sample ballots for Election Day and mailing periodic reports to committee members costs the party about $25,000 each year. For the past two years we have also engaged in an ambitious fundraising drive to enable us to hire a full time party staff person. We need your support as a party patron so we can meet those elemental costs and devote more of our other monetary resources to staff and candidates. If every committee person would sign up as a party patron each January, we could meet 60% of our basic needs and without a doubt we would be able to afford that full time staff person all year long. Help us reach this goal. Its our party and it will be what we make of it. Fundraising Phone Bank
The party is seeking volunteers to help man phone banks in the
evenings throughout the month of January for a special
fundraising project. If you are interested in volunteering a few
hours of your time on one or more days in January for this
project, please contact Tony Campisi at

Party Seeks Volunteer Webmasters
In this internet age, Democrats have led the way in using
technology as a competitive edge. In 2006 there will be a race
for State Senator and 6-8 races for State Representative in
Delaware County.
The Delaware County Democratic Committee would like to offer
each of these candidates the opportunity to have a
well-designed, good-looking website to use with their campaign.
We have set up web hosting for all candidates to use, so we have
the technical side covered.
What we need are a few volunteers to develop and maintain the
website for the candidates.
If you are looking for a way to help that would fit in with a
busy schedule and can mostly be done at your convenience, here’s
a great chance to contribute!
Your Commitment:
Develop and launch the site using content provided by the
candidate prior to the primary campaign in May. (A template is
available, or you can create your own design working with the
candidate.) Estimate: 12-16 hours for the initial site over a
few weeks time
On a monthly basis through November, get any updates from the
candidate and post them to the site. Estimate: 2 hours per month
We could also use a graphic designer to create some banners,
logos, or photo manipulation on an ad hoc basis. If you have web
design skills and are interested in volunteering in this
capacity, please reply with your contact information.

Join the Delaware County Democratic Womens Organization for a Lingerie Party. Appetizers, wine and lots of fun! A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the party.
