Senator John Edwards, the next Vice President of the United States of America, will make a campaign visit to Delaware County on Monday, October 18, 2004 at 2:00 PM at the Alumni Field House, Haverford College (370 Lancaster Ave.), in Haverford.
 
Because of the size of this event, tickets are limited and will be issued on a first come, first serve basis.  To reserve your tickets, call the Delaware County Democratic Party at 610-566-6427. Tickets can be picked up from our office at 316 Baltimore Pike, Media.
                          
NOTE:  Please note that cars will NOT be permitted on campus that day.  You must use the shuttles from the Train Station or other sources to get on campus.

****THERE IS NO PARKING ON THE HAVERFORD CAMPUS.****

 

SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM

 

STOP 1:             BRYN MAWR STATION INBOUND SIDE

                        CORNER OF MORRIS AVE & BRYN MAWR AVE

BRYN MAWR

 

STOP 2:            SENATOR CONNIE WILLIAMS OFFICE

                        CORNER OF LANCASTER AVE & CRICKET AVE

ARDMORE

 

PARKING LOTS TO USE

There are a number of municipal parking lots immediately near the bus stops.  We advise using the following parking lots.

 

1.  Bryn Mawr Station Lot

     Morris Avenue/Bryn Mawr Avenue on North Side of Lancaster Avenue

     Ludington Library/Municipal Lot

     Bryn Mawr Avenue at Ludington Library on South of Side of Lancaster Avenue

 

2.  Ardmore West Parking Lot

     Ardmore Avenue/Lancaster Avenue on North Side of Lancaster Avenue behind

     Subway, next to McDonalds.

 

3.  Cricket Avenue/Cricket Terrace Lots

     Cricket Avenue off of Lancaster Avenue on South Side of Lancaster Avenue.

      Shauffele Plaza Lot

      Off of Lancaster Avenue behind Belle Italia Pizza on South Side of Lancaster     

      Avenue.

 

 

There will be a limited number of parking spots for Handicapped Individuals on Campus.
